Esther is a Certified General Accountant and accomplished team leader with a solid background in finance and administration. She joined Phantom at its inception in 1992 and has successfully grown the organization into the largest manufacturer and marketer of retractable screens in North America. In addition to providing leadership for the entire organization, Esther focuses on the accounting, finance and administrative functions of the company. Prior to joining Phantom, she was the controller for a group of related companies. She was also employed in public practice for several years. With Esther's diverse background, she has the skills to effectively manage this rapidly growing corporation.

Ron is a seasoned marketing professional who brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the Phantom team. Since joining Phantom in 1998, Ron has assumed responsibility for leading the growth of the company's sales, marketing and distribution channels. His focus on brand leadership, channel expansion and product development gives the company the competitive edge necessary to strengthen its leadership in the retractable screen market. Prior to joining Phantom, Ron was a Senior Vice-President for Pennzoil Products Co., responsible for European sales and marketing for this global industry leader. He has extensive international and senior management experience, as well as the depth of knowledge required to manage Phantom's on-going growth. Ron's direction and resolve are valuable assets to the Phantom Screens team.
